2015 Essentials


It's not too late to make your resolution! Many people have given up on setting resolutions because they do not ever follow through. This year make your resolution and stick to it. By setting specific goals and writing your goals down you are much more likely to achieve. When considering your goals for the year, think about nutrition, fitness and sleep. When you care for yourself you are better able to succeed and care for others. With the combination of proper nutrition, fitness and sleep you will have all the energy and focus you need to conquer this year. Maybe add an extra jog or class to your week, get in bed an hour early, or meal prep and cook more often. Set goals that are relevant and important to you, and track your progress. Decide on special ways to reward yourself when you hit certain milestones. Be your best, happy, healthy self in 2015!
